Return to Paradise Festival is looking to showcase vendors at our upcoming event. We are looking for artists of all kinds to demonstrate their arts, crafts or a special skill such as spiritual readers/advisors. We must see examples of your products through either Instagram, Facebook, Etsy or Website in order to be considered. Please note that we will consider each application, and carefully choose applicants in order to showcase as much variety as possible. We are also looking for food vendors, merchandise vendors, art vendors and more. No sale of liquor. No sale of illegal items.
Vendor Pricing & Disclosures
-10×10 booth space
– $350 – 20×10 booth space – $550
– Food and beverage vendors are a flat fee of 550 dollars (which includes a 20×10).
Approved vendors will need to bring their own vending setup and will be given space to set up in a designated area.
There merchant fee will also act as a cover fee for admission of vendor and another individual of vendor’s choice. Any additional staff must purchase tickets.
Payment will be due within 14 days of acceptance via paypal.
Vendors will be requested to arrive the day before, or prior to gates opening the morning of. This is to ensure a safe and smooth process for festival attendees, as cars will not be allowed to drive through the grounds once the gates open. If an exception is needed, please reach out.
Please note that we cannot guarantee direct electric to each vendor site so plan accordingly. Generators (silent preferably), and extension cords should be brought along if needed.
